乔大爷Level 98 Trickster，The shield value suddenly dropped to 0/14000, and it couldn't be restored even within the safety zone. I have no idea what happened.

It seems that this happened when I entered a certain map. Suddenly, I turned out like this. Even after I revived and returned to the safe zone, my shield value remained at 0. Just a few minutes ago, it was still fine.

The reason you can't recover Energy Shield here is likely the keystone passive Ghost Dance, usually when combined with the -3000 Armour and Evasion Rating downside from Exarch Altars (sometimes when doubled to -6000 by Wrath of the Cosmos).
Ghost Dance prevents your Energy Shield from recovering above your Evasion Rating. If something drops your Evasion Rating to 0, then you will not be able to recover Energy Shield at all. The Exarch Altar downside -3000 Armour and Evasion Rating affects your base values, before %increased and %more modifiers are applied, it lowers your Evasion Rating by more than that. Another person who posted with this issue recently had 33k final Evasion Rating, but only 5800 base Evasion Rating--so the -3000 would halve their Evasion Rating, and the -6000 version from Wrath of the Cosmos would lower their Evasion Rating to 0. An alternative reason could be an Eater of Worlds Altar downside granting -% recovery per Endurance Charge, if you have 6 or more Endurance Charges...including if you're using Ralakesh's Patience to count as being at max Endurance Charges. Edit: But these altar effects shouldn't follow you back into your hideout. Did you allocate the keystone passive Iron Reflexes, or equip something that would give you the effects of this keystone? You're right. I removed the equipment and washed off a lot of the talent points. I found that everything returned to normal. Thank you.
