Energy Shield Leech/Regen/Recover stop working after disconnect/lag out of map.

Over the last few days i've been dealing with poor network stability / connection whilst mapping. Occasionally i've noticed after disconnecting/lagging out of a map or completely offline, that when going back into the map any and all Energy Shield recovery/leech/regen stop working - this includes other defensives such as spell/attack block.

Attack and movement skills still work.

Once this happens, going in and out of the map does not fix the issue, neither does unequip/re-equip gear or on/off of all Auras.

All maps being run are being rolled and regex'ed so they don't come with mods that causes this issue.

Starting a new map resolves this issue and the Energy Shield recovery/leech/regen & spell/attach block start working again.
