FREEZE then BLACK SCREEN with grinding gears every 20 - 30 minutes

Game does not load graphics for first 20 seconds when entering Wildwood.

Game does not load skill effects first 20 seconds of any map.

Game freezes then gives me a black screen with the two grinding gears animation on top of the black screen every 20 - 30 minutes. Then, after 15 seconds, the map resets and game unfreezes and continues.

- Drivers/OS updated
- Tried Vulcan & Direct 11 & Direct 12
- Full screen & Windowed & Windowed Fullscreen
- RTX 3080 / 64GB Memory / i9-10850K @ 3.60 GHZ

Are we working on this bug or am I the only one experiencing this?
