Harvest boss going invisible and spawning monsters forever

Was just doing a cheap harvest farm strat and one of the bosses for my yellow crops went invisible and got stuck spawning monsters in an infinite loop. These monsters don't give XP, so it doesn't seem to be an exploit or anything, but it did brick the rest of my harvest.
