Burden Projection cluster notable incorrectly tagged w/ Speed

Burden Projection is a cluster notable that grants increased spell damage and a chance to knock enemies back on spell hit. It does not grant cast speed or movement speed, and yet it has a speed tag. This seems wrong.

I wondered if shoving enemies around with knockback was somehow considered speed-ish enough to earn the tag, but other knockback cluster notables don't have a speed tag.
