Arcane Adept (channelling cluster notable) not rollable on channelling damage clusters

Arcane Adept is a cluster notable that reads:

"

Channelling Skills deal 20% increased Damage
5% increased Attack and Cast Speed while Channelling
Gain Arcane Surge after Channelling for 1 second

I imagined that means Arcane Adept would be found on Channelling damage medium cluster jewels. It is not: there are no trade listings featuring it, and PoeDB lists it as only found on spell damage clusters.

For a notable that mentions channelling three times, not spawning on channelling cluster jewels seems like an oversight. There's a forum post noting this as far back as 2020, but I personally wasn't able to find any past bug reports on this.
