Kicked for too many actions at 43?

I'm 43 years old playing on a ps5 and just got kick for too many actions. Using a normal controller and nothing else. Made the unique map fail and stole my loot. If my old man reflexes are a problen than I can't imagine how I could even have played at 18. Plx fix. Would love my loot back while you are at it.
