Blight cannot be finished: monsters spawned inside collidable terrain

A blight encounter in my atoll is locked unfinished. A pack of monsters spawned inside the collidable portion of the starfall crater entry dodad. Monsters cannot be targeted by minions, do not take damage from nearby explosions, cannot be hit directly.
