'+1 to Level of Socketed Intelligence Gems' seems to have been removed from Synth Implicit mod pool

I wanted to craft gloves with the ‘+1 to Level of Socketed Intelligence Gems’ implicit mod, and while checking to see if there were any similar items, I realized that I couldn't find a single synthesis item on the market (including offline) with that mod.
The same was true for Dex and Strength.

There are tens of thousands of synthesis items like Offering to the Serpent and Mask of the Tribunal offline, and the fact that none of them have that mod makes me think it's more than just a rarity, it's an error.

I looked through years of patch notes to see if this was ever mentioned, but it doesn't appear to be.

I'd like to create an item with that implicit mod, so please check it out.

This hasnt been in the game for years its a legacy mod
