There are many points that I remember as being super fun.
I would happily play 1.0 again and just spectral throw my way around. I would happily play 2.4 again. Shaper release iirc. One of the most impactful patches in the history of the game imo. I would happily play 3.0 Harbinger and farm t15 beachheads all day again. I think those three are the patches I remember most fondly. Maybe Delve too. Love the games. PoE1 way more so than PoE2, but still enjoying both. Hate the company. The scummy, lying, fake and shitty facade, the excuses, the failures, and most of all, the "Vision". Sacrifice of the Vaal add on + invasion league. That was my first league start. I still to this day think when i see a vaal orb on the ground: "Oh, one of those new orbs." ;P

The Ritual League will always be my favorite!
I just came back after several years, and it looks like they added the mechanics of PoE 2, which I hate, into PoE. They replaced some rare mobs with minibosses that feel like they came straight from a console game, and you have to activate them. I don't remember anything like that. It feels so artificial. With the tech we have now, combined with the mechanics we had then, some crazy shit could go down. Not an older version of the game. I think few of you remember how SMALL the game was back during those leagues you want to replay.....The customizations and QoL we have gotten since even OG Harvest are astronomical.
