Infamous Merc just quits and leaves while loosing doesn't drop loot

I have seen this several times, not every time but often enough where I believe there is a bug. Start the fight to take a Item, fight and the merc is loosing then they just leave, don't drop the gear and don't give the credit?

An I missing something?

Item filter?

I will check Item filter next time but that probably is not it because I'm not getting credit for taking the item either, it just happened gain so maybe if you do not pick up the item you do not get the credit. Thanks will let you know.

this is broken I can not make progress on this challenge.

Filter is hiding this but taking filter off and picking up item does not progress the Signature Specializations challenge. I have done a ring and gloves no joy no progress. It did give credit for Body Armor and a Weapon.

GGG any ideas why this is not working?

Are you specifically getting the items with Infamous modifiers?

If the ring and gloves have them, are you able to link them here if you still have them?

I see said the blind man..... I misunderstood the requirement, you have to take the correct item...
