Migrate All says masters will migrate, but all Kirac missions were deleted

Went from a private league to Mercenaries Trade.

The Migrate All warning states "all items, stash tabs, Hideouts, masters and Atlas state" (will migrate).

Kirac missions are gone, and they never appeared after multiple days, logging in/out, etc. Then claimed Kirac Vault rewards, and the old missions still did not appear.
