Private league templates

Dear GGG,

When are "Phrecia" like templates becoming available for Merc league?

With only 3 mercs allowed to reserve, and different alts requiring optimization/gearing on different merc, game feels over after 3 characters. If merc cap is too much for GGG to change, then maybe make new private league templates available so people can "reset" and have fun that way.
