Syndicate medallion dropping?

Can someone please verify for me that syndicate medallion are still dropping on Xbox after latest patch? I haven’t dropped one in like 50 safe houses, and it’s making me pretty frustrated! I was getting them slowly before the patch, but this is ridiculous!
