Deleted an item because of game bug

So basically I was crafting my legacy 100% global defence frac twilight relgalia and somehow while i pressed repeated apply eldritch exalt on it, it somehow got picked up and brought me to the window for destroying or keeping the item and I still thought that I was in the crafting window and I thought it was the currency that got picked up so i didnt think I´d be deleting my chest with that.

so I just wanted to ask if there is any way on how we could fix that ?

Sadly, GGG has a policy of never refunding/restoring items lost due to bugs, hacked accounts, or user errors. It sucks, but it's an understandable policy as they would have to spend a bunch of time verifying every claim and potential duping the system. So easier for them to just blanket deny every restoration claim.

Without viewing the clip, it sounds like maybe mouse misfire or something where you unknowingly swapped to a different clicking, like releasing the crafting usage, then picking up the chest instead of applying the craft. But if the game did prompt you about deleting the item before you clicked okay, then the system is working as it did try to warn you, but auto pilot clicked confirm. There's hundreds of clips like that every year of people accidentally deleting items as they auto pilot the confirm button when they meant do something else (happened quite a lot in Affliction league as there was a pixel sized area between inventory and side inventory players could misclick and prompted to delete).

Perhaps slow down when working with expensive pieces like that.
