Infernal Cry Combustion

Amend the clause in Infernal Cry's Combust from 'increased fire damage' to 'increased damage' per corpse's power. The current implementation prevents builds that convert Fire from accessing Combust's scaling. Falling Thunder is a similar skill that has no type specifier for its conditional damage gain.
