While you use Tornado shot Skill, every time you use it, you lose your flask charges...

I have been through this bug for so long since this league.
Every time I use Tornado shot, I lose flask charges.

Only Bismute/Diamond/AmeThyst Flasks are having same problem.
I have checked this on Standard but had no problem weirdly.

Hope you fix this bug shortly.
