Infinite Load Screen....

I play on Xbox. I already have one other toon stuck in Chimeral Wetlands limbo of a load screen and now I have another. This one I got through Cruel difficulty, recently geared... While I'm fighting the Chimera, it crashes. Go to load back in... Whaddaya know?! Infinite load screen!
I sent a ticket in already, got a generic auto reply for PC fixes despite me saying I play on console.
I refuse to play anymore until this is fixed. There is zero point in wasting time building up a third toon just to have it locked in load screen limbo.
My GT is Imp Press if that even matters... From a thread I saw.. This has existed since April and no patch thus far has addressed these issues as Chimera Wetlands isn't the only place this happens.
