Plague Bearer Herald Skill

I just tried Plague Bearer or Plague Herald, Idk how it's called anymore and I don't have the game open. It's kind of underwhelming, isn't it?

Yes, I've seen the video about the Fartmaster. It's apparently useful in some situations, but when you start out with a new character and you pick it, because you want to use poison, it barely builds up the percentage and when it does, awesome, you can kill one pack of mobs with it and be like 0,1% quicker than if you hadn't used it. There is technically no need to use it, since the game isn't designed in a way that makes you fail if you don't use proper skills, rather makes you progress less quickly most of the time (which I have mentioned to find a weird game design philosophy).

Anyway, kind of weirdly designed skill. I think it's probably underwhelming and needs some kind of rework.

the big point of poe2 to me is combo combat....

So... yeah, if you don't build your character right, a lot of things will be pretty useless...

We can discuss if that's what we want for the game.
I'm ok with it, and I'd like it to be bigger than it is (like, more power in building more combos) instead of having small things doing big impact.
