Molten Blast/Perfect Strike/Snipe and wall skills

Hello,

three skills (beside fireball which I think is horribly designed) that irk me: molten blast/perfect strike and snipe.

I don't like these "perfect timing" skills. I get that this is some kind of mechanic that has been used in other games and somebody probably thought it would be a good idea to implement this here somehow. But I don't get it. It's not fun to use those skills. Should I spam perfect strike/snipe instead of autoattacking? If so, then why is there an autoattack? Shouldn't that be the no 1 dps skill? Is the danger of using these skills (perfect strike and snipe) that you could get stunned? Maybe.

Anyway, my real gripe is molten blast. I don't even know how to use this skill properly. Never seemed to make it work no matter what I did. I can't even hit the mobs with it, to be honest. The screen also doesn't seem to be zoomed out enough for you to have the right kind of distance in order to use that skill properly.

Oh yeah that reminds me of those wall skills like shield wall (I think it is?) and ice wall. Are those really necessary? Is there a tactical use for them or are players supposed to think there is one? Sure I can block projectiles incoming, but why would I ever do this instead of just killing mobs? It never feels like the time invested to put up these skills is worth the effort. The game seems to be too fast paced for that. It seems too slow paced for other things. It's kind of weird.

Anyway.

In kind regards

I swear to god if you get icewall removed I will have a stroke. Its one of the BEST skills in the game. For sheer fun and usefulness.
I leveled using ice walls... so much fun

If I remember the combo was use some totem (the one that fire up and the projectil fall on mobs) and be safe behind the walls
ice crystals from glacial bolt are boss killers, fact you dont like/ understand something means you could go a bit deeper before releasing feedbacks.
