Item disappearing when switching from menagerie to hideout via command

Hello,

I was crafting an amulet and I was rapidly switching from menagerie to hideout to use the harvest bench right after locking suffixes with a beast. I was doing this via the /menagerie and /hideout commands. I did this multiple times and at some point the item simply disappeared from my inventory.

The first time this happened was last night and I thought I had somehow destroyed it accidentally, but today this happened again.
Both times the item was a citrine amulet with T1 all attributes, 2x T1 single resist and suffixes cannot be changed craft".

Please note that the second time this happened was during the last hour - currently it's 13:34 UTC.

I don't know how to prove the existence of those items - is there any way to check some kind of logs? Has there ever been such a bug reported?
