Can't connect to any character in Merciless League since July 10 (video included)

Hello,

Since July 10, I’ve been completely unable to connect to any of my characters in the current Merciless League.

Every time I try to log in, I receive the following error:

> "An unexpected disconnection occurred."

What I’ve tried so far:
- Tried 3 different PCs (same result)
- Other leagues like Standard, SSF, and Hardcore work perfectly
- I tried my friend’s account on the same PC, and their Merciless characters can log in fine

Conclusion:
- It’s **not a PC or network issue**
- The issue is specific to **my account in Merciless League**

I also contacted support, but they stated they can’t offer technical help via email at this time.

Please investigate this issue. I suspect my Merciless instance is glitched or corrupted on the server side.
