Passive points not giving the right amount of stats

I've encountered something strange with my Trickster character. I allocated the Wisdom of Gale passive, which is supposed to grant +30 Intelligence, but I'm only seeing a +29 increase-even though I have an 8% increased Intelligence notable allocated.

The numbers just aren't adding up for me. My Intelligence goes from 437 to 466 when I allocate the passive point, which is a +29 gain instead of 30. I even checked in Path of Building, and it also shows a +29 increase when I allocate the node, and -29 when I refund it.

I think its your runegraft of the fortress.

Ya if you take that out the int node gives you +32 int
