Various minion despawn

Minions keep randomly despawn/vanishing having to respawn and will simply vanish moments later of another kind I.E Golems, Reapers, or Spectres. As for Zombies I could not too much to pinpoint but these others are very evident vanishing with over 3k Hp they are not dying to lower end mobs.

It has nothing to do with support gems as they've despawn with and without support. I cannot toggle off my minions as I remove them off slots when summoned and have had them in slots to see if it were the issue.

Neither in nor out of slots prove the issue, with and without mercenary the issue persists.
