Shaper's ire isn't supportabe by Elemental focus support

Shaper's ire from the Legacy of the rose unique staff is a L20 skill with fire/cold/light damage that is unable to be supported by the Elemental focus support gem.

Also, no form of + gem skill level will effect the skill either. Neither from the + spell skill level on the staff nor on other gear like amulet will do anything. Not sure if this is intentional.

Supports any skill that hits or burns enemies, or inflicts elemental ailments.

Shaper's Ire doesn't hit or inflict ailments, but it burns (deals fire DoT). Despite that, the skill misses "CausesBurning" tag, which I think allows Elemental Focus to support skills like Scorching Ray. You're right on this one.

These skills are not from gems. Things that raise gem levels can't affect them.
