Binds of Bloody vengeance not working

i´ve done multiple testing in differents maps and areas, the belt is not proc even one time.

double reckless defense max out and didnt proc once in front of a blightheart.

please chechk if is a build problem o skill issue.

ps2. animated guardian pretty mediocre so didnt included on pobb

You haven't given your Animated Guardian or Mercenary a Garb of the Ephemeral, have you?

The Brass Dome causing you not take extra damage from crits is fine. But if you (or a friend...) are somehow preventing enemies from dealing crits, that's going to break things for you.

had it on the animated guardian but changed for belly of the beast. an expensive error, but it is changed

Definitely painful, but at least we figured it out. :)

i mean i changed before the post, but still not working. i tried proc it in the middle of the harbinger boss, in a blightheart lane, in a t17, in a alva + beyond , never procs, not on paper, not on damage, the damage still the same.
