Early Acces

Hello, I bought a key to the game in December, I think, on the Eneba website and played the game for 20 hours, you can check it yourself, then I just suddenly log in and it tells me that the account is not activated, buy early access, please help me.

Path of Exile II Early Access keys are available legitimately from this website, Steam, and the Epic Games Store.

Eneba is an online marketplace where you buy things from whomever, without knowing how they obtained whatever they're selling you.

Very often, this means they used fraudulently obtained payment credentials to buy game keys, which they then quickly sell at below the MSRP to get a sale before the owner of the compromised credit card (or whatever payment method) realises what has happened and begins initiating chargebacks.

Once GGG 1) loses all of the money they got from the sale, 2) gets slapped with a chargeback fee, and, 3) even gets charged for portions of the sale they never initially received (e.g. payment processing fees), they disable the key associated with that transaction.


tl;dr: You tried buying a stolen key at a 'too good to be true' price. The key is no longer valid. Reach out to Eneba's support team if you are dissatisfied with your purchase there.

pretty much what sarno said, you gave your cash to a key reseller who has then done a charge back or used stolen credit card details...this has nothing to do with GGG since you did not purchase the key through one of their official portals.

Also, this is not "sudden" at this point as almost ever scam key was done in the few months after they started being sold.

Also also, you are not loosing anything here other than money.
PoE2 is in beta, probably for the next year or more, the beta will NOT carry over to the live realms (though it will exist...just), no wealth will carry over, no high level characters, at best GGG will "port" the chars as level one with nothing equipped (basically a name reserve)
