Shipment Portal Closed, commandeered

50mil shipment got commandeered, pressed rescue, asked friend to help me, on clicking portal (i did not even touch portal myself) friend got "owner must present to access this area" and after this portal stands for 10 seconds and then disappeared. What about to return 7 days of lifetime ?
