Can't see the whole skill bind panel on co-op mode Xbox?

We're playing co-op on Xbox and my skill bind panel is shown on the right side of the screen as player2.
However, the whole panel is not visable so I can't see my B, RB, RT & arrow down attacks! This is really annoying, and changing the screen settings on the tv doesn't help a all, the fail is in the game itself.
We changed to another tv and it was the same.
Does anyone else experience this bug?
