Pressing Alt on atlas map screen causes a stutter

When pressing Alt on atlas map screen, it causes an around 0.5 second stutter. When spamming alt, it stutters like crazy. Causes 60fps to go down to 10

Another thing i noticed, it happens at both alt key up and alt key down

CPU: i3-12100
GPU: GTX 1660 Super
culling on
multithreading on
settings medium-low
vulkan (happens on dx12 as well)
adaptive vsync
fullscreen windowed
