Sulphite didn't increase after interacting with sulphite node (Refiner's Bargain is not allocated)

Hello guys,

I just encountered a bug where I had a Scarab Niko Mission in a map (Temple with Drox's Citadel and Delirium) and I wasn't able to receive any Sulphite.

I interacted with the nodes, Niko showed up but the Sulphite meter wasn't visible. First I thought it was a display bug, but even when interacting with Niko in Hideout my Sulphite was still empty.

I don't have Refiner's Bargain allocated on the Atlas Skill Tree and I have no other idea what could have caused it. The maps before worked totally fine.

I can confirm that I had this too. 3 strand maps using sulphite scarabs. no sulphite collected after interacting.

edit: I'm an idiot, I had Refiners Bagain specced in the atlas tree.
