Chain Hook of Trarthus's "+0.1 metres to Radius per 5 Rage" does not function.

The Chain Hook of Trarthus skill gem "+0.1 metres to Radius per 5 Rage" does not add any radius to the Area of Effect attack when the chain is broken regardless of how much rage you currently have.

Testing in the PvP Arena:
With the base radius of 2.4m + 30% increased Area of Effect = 2.7m radius

The totem is within range of the Marauder character as shown being hit in the 1st image.



2nd image is with 70 Rage without any increase Area of Effect, so it should be
Base radius of 2.4m + 1.4m from Rage = 3.8m radius
Despite being greater radius than the 2.7m from the 1st image, it does not hit the totem.
