Missing gemlevel from Awakened Added Fire Damage Support

As Title suggested, When socketed a Penance brand into an archdemon crown paired with Awakened added fire damage support and Venarius Astrolabe Unique Amulet

Archdemon crown -2 support Amulet +3 elemental support (shows up on gem)
on level 5 added fire gives +1 supported Phys Skill gems
so despite beeing socketed into the Archdemon crown, its still lvl 6 Awakened gem, but it Doesnt give an Extra level to Pbrand (linked Phys skill gem)

If i resocket them into another item it works just fine. Pictures:
