Widowhail bug and exploit

Widowhail requires you to take their quiver out and put it back in to get the increased stats from bow. It resets their stats when you log off, so you have to do that every time you login.

When you do this it retains widowhail's increased stats when you switch instances. You just must take it out and put it back in initially each time you log in.

If you take out widowhail and put in a new bow it retains widowhail's bonuses to the quiver for that zone, but reverts back on a new zone.

Refreshing widowhail every login is annoying, but swapping widowhail for a different bow within an instance to get both bow effects is likely exploit.
