Rampage bug when used with squirming terror

Hello,

I'm playing a dex stacker / dancing dervish cyclone build and I've equipped my merc with a squirmish terror, hence having max rampage all the time.

Problem is, sometimes, don't know why or when sorry, but even sitting at 1000 rampage, the dancing dervish appears in my characters hands and I can't make it go away anymore, leading to a lot of frustrating deaths before I got what's happening.

I don't know if it's a dervish bug, a rampage bug, a ring bug and I know it's not a popular build or anything but if someone at GGG can get a look at it, from what I can gather it usually happens when I'm capped at 1000 kills with rampage for a certain period of time.

I'll try to play without the ring for a few days and see if this happens, hence narrowing down the bug to the dervish itself
