OFFLINE league and character.

Dear Grinding Gear Games. I am writing this post since another day another servers issues. This isn't the first time when I am LOGIN to the game and what I see is dead servers, disconnects, fail to join any instance, etc.

Since you, GGG, acknowledged the problem in one of your interviews back in the day, I thought you can consider to implement OFFLINE league play. YES full OFFLINE play.
You create a character and play it fully offline or having minimal communication with the servers. Of course with the restriction like.. Ehhmmm... Not having ability to participate races, leaderboards or not having ability to migrate your character into a Standard or current League.

The server problems is the real issue that prevents us to play the game and I sincerely hope that you, GGG, can implement this feature at least for the duration of current Early Access timeline. I know you guys piffin hard towards 0.3 currently but, it gonna kill all the hype when you launch this big patch and we hit the wall with barely working servers again.
