Runegraft of gemcraft not working?

I have runecraft of gemgraft already allocated on my Passives Skill nod. But Awakened Elemental damage with attacks support(6/23), Awakened vicious projectiles support(6/23), Manaforged arrows support (21/20), Spell echo support(21/20), Hypothermia support(21/20) these 5 gems have no increased.
Only: increased critical damage support(21/20), Awakened cast on critical strike support (5/23), power charges on critical support (21/20), faster casting support (21/23),inspiration support(21/20) increased.
All these above have "+1 level from global modifiers". Is this a bug?
