"You've already completed this race's objective with this character."

I think it started happening after accidentally clicking one of the lore objects in either a 16.5 map or one of the incarnation arenas, but now every time I change zones I get:

"You've already completed this race's objective with this character."
followed by the normal "You have entered x."
