can not Ascendancy class

I have completed all 10 Chaos Trials and refunded all Ascendancy-related nodes in my passive tree.

However, I cannot select a different Ascendancy class (subclass) at the Sanctum of Chaos. The altar does not allow me to interact or change my class, even though no subclass-specific passives are allocated anymore.

I have also tried removing all items and charms in case any passive modifiers were interfering, but it still doesn't work. I restarted the game and re-entered the Sanctum multiple times.

This issue persists even after meeting all required conditions.
