Unusual drops

Since the minor patch on 7/13/2025 I have been getting unusual drops, not sure how to record the info but I have gotten "Remnant of Corruption" from regular mobs in maps without essences. When running Blighted maps I get rewards that do not match the lane type.

Some examples are:
Map based Blight Sacks dropping jewelry
Oil based Blight Cysts dropping currency only, no oils
Essence Blight Pustules dropping maps along with essences

Doesn't happen consistently but definitely seems like drop tables are different since last patch.
