Cinderswallow bricked on standard after divine orb

I bought a cinderswallow urn on standard but i didn't have the rolls i wanted.
It was a legacy version before 3.26 and after using a divine orb it only half updated it. It adjusted the number of maximum charges roll but didn't remove the mod "(175-200)% increased Charges used" which the older versions had.

Result is now that i have a flask which needs 112 charges to use but only has 73 charges maximum so it's unusable in it's current state.

It looked to me like it only half updatet the item to the new version but what you are saying is you can't update to the latest version with a divine orb but it only changes the maximum charge range. While this does make sense i never encountered an item becoming completely unusable before in this way so i wasn't expecting that :) Plus there is no way to know whether or not a divine will upgrade it to the latest version or not unless you maybe go through patch notes or something.
