Big delay on launching the game

Ever since 3.26.1 i have this odd thing that adds 60-90 seconds for the game to launch after clicking the desktop icon. It's really long, I don't know what causes this but this haven't been there before.

-Standalone client
-Win10 OS, Nvidia gfx card with up to date driver, Ryzen processor
-this is only for first launch after booting the OS. Exiting the game and launching it again works as expected (game opens immediately).
