Output Dialogue to chat broken

All NPC dialogue gives me the green wall of text, obscuring my guild chats mainly but in general its annoying I can't turn it off anymore. It used to work just fine back in the day.
Please fix, I saw a report from May in google so It's a known issue, but priority may not have been given due to low numbers reporting it. Hence this.

ALSO

Please either give us the option to add a sound to guild messages or change the colour to something that is more noticeable as the amount of noise chat from all sources hides messages and guild mates have to resort to whispers to get heard.
