Bug or shadownerf?

For 1000 cards, not a single mercenary with the Ice Shot skill. At the same time, other dex archers are constantly taken into account. Either they started blocking for those who already have a mercenary of this class, or they completely removed them from the spawn. I can write several hundred cards on bad luck, but 1000 is already a clearly indicative sample. Do something about this already.
