Stuck in charging animation

While running defiled cathedral on my CWS chieftain, I went to shield charge and got stuck in the animation. Latency is normal, and I'm able to use flasks but cannot actually move. I was able to open a portal but not actually interact with it, and I verified my mouse is functioning.

I think in this case a screenshot would do more for them than a bug report ID.

If you forcibly restarted the client & re-entered the same map instance was the issue reproducible?
