Faustus bug - exchange only take my items

Hello Team,

Recently something strange happened in game with Faustus exchange.
I was trading Wild Crystallised Lifeforce 13,6K for 2 Divines.

Order got completed, i heard the characteristic sound of the coins when it happens and the icon appeared on Faustus.

Once i clicked, the numbers of Div was 0 but my lifeforce was gone, there was only 150 left from 13,6K.
Instinctively i clicked to take them but only got the leftover Lifeforce, no divines came to my inventory.
So i lost everything from this trade.

All happened so fast and mechanical that i did not get a screenshot, or thought to double check it as it happens automatically.
While user trading I always pay attention at the items traded.

Is there a way to solve this or to know if it is known bug?

It sounds more like autopilot. You autopilot claimed the divines either previously or at that time. Maybe you sold something else at the time and only noticed the Lifeforce still to claim from previous sale as you only claimed the divines at the time?

But you got a better ratio than you were asking for so that was the leftover lifeforce you didn't have to sell.
