WTF is wrong with r/POE r/POE2 subreddits?

Most of the people here complaining about reddit, I guarantee they tried to say something hateful or antagnostic.

I have had zero issues with reddit.

I visit the POE2 reddit all the time, in fact its much better than this site (For discussions I mean, and I think even GGG would agree with me on that, because they use reddit all the time ( and used to post there before all the POE1 players angry that GGG is focusing more on POE2, decided to harass them whenever they did.) , and far more active as well.

I also create threads there and they nefver get deleted unless I delete them.

So I guarantee you that OP and everyone else here complaining about how reddit sucks cuz they get banned easily, are just lying about themselves breaking the rules and harassing or trolling or some other rule they broke .

I also dont harass people there and never try to spread racism, bigotry or other hateful messages.

Welcome to agreeing by chance with the 30% of people that don't get their posts deleted.

Now go post a different opinion for once and see what happens.

This is supposed to be an EA where they get player feedback. 2/3's of the actual feedbacks gets removed by what has to be some of the worse moderation I've seen. It's basically just a handful of petty people running the moderation who delete anything they disagree with for no reason given.

OR an AI that filters posts doing basically the same, setup by someone with the same issues.

Ah yes, the classic “I’ve never had a problem, therefore everyone else must be a racist troll” argument. Truly airtight logic.

Congratulations on being perfectly aligned with Reddit’s current vibe. That doesn’t make you enlightened, it just means you haven’t stepped outside the lines yet. Moderation issues magically disappear when you only say things mods already agree with. Who knew?

Also, this idea that anyone who gets moderated must be lying about breaking the rules is adorable. Reddit mods are famously consistent, transparent, and immune to bias. Absolutely no history there. None at all.

Blind positivity isn’t maturity, it’s cheerleading. And cheerleading during a controversial development phase isn’t “helping the game,” it’s actively making discussion worse.

Right, because nothing says “fair moderation” like getting banned for comments made days or even weeks ago. Clearly the real threat to the subreddit was not current behavior, but archived sarcasm that had been sitting there harmlessly the whole time.

A moderator actually took the time to scroll back through old discussions, scrutinize every word, and reinterpret harmless sarcasm as a rule violation. Not because it suddenly became a problem, but because some of us are not aligned with the approved positive vibe surrounding POE2.

Let’s be honest here. This was not moderation in response to misconduct. This was moderation in search of a justification. If you disagree too loudly, or worse, sarcastically, someone will eventually go digging until they find something they can use.
