How is your end game multi player expirience?
Specifically asking people who have completed at a minimum 50 - 100 t15/t16 wea stones in multi player with others at your level of gear.
In my personal expirience the balance feels way off. We wenr from being able to solo to getting over run by either huge groups or in one case a wall snake boss that had so many modifiers 2 spam-azons just couuldnt do enough dps. dude just whittled at us intil he got luck one shots, and iwbas the less geared one on that scenerio bros got 300 hrs just on his spamazon. Seems like uber bosses just have nearly impossible 1 shot mechanics qhich arent always so bad but if your not built to 1 shot them back is not so bad, but they fornthe most part lack attrition. Warrior felt sorta dark soulsy since even with 90% dmg reduction to physical and all elementas, and 40% on chaos the multi player scaling made him play dough. Reminded ke of fighting the persuer the first time and well, it reminding me of DS2 should explain that. Resistances seemed okish at time except fire, that only really qorks good for the mobs, the over kill procs arent usually enough to kill little mobs ar that level umless solo. Maybe if i did trade to get just dumb stated weps next time, but that or anduture adventure. Breach and delierum were pointless on the warrior dmg was just way too slow. Merc felt good for the most part, gemling had a ton of dmg the elite more nodes, but the dmg fall off on galvanic shot was pertty substantial. Nades seemed okish but needed a lot of exposirw set up or a way tonfind kore spirit to make them more ok. I mostly relied on oil and turrents to detonate with repeated applications of fire exposire mixed with galvanic shock for the debuff. So 2 dmg types w/ exposure But it couodnt hold.up in longer fights or against certain more tanky mobs Solo play on boyh characters qent well, but in multi it was real hit and miss, some maps were very easy eveything jus wiped out. Then you get some that it doesnt matter the modifier they suck to fislght and cheap shots abound. Didnt help atillary turret fire made the ground hard to see, would like a way to turn off certain vidable eff3cts. Had the same issue woth bala bala lady , hadnone do the knife rain so offten that you codulnt see anything but that and coudlnt find her in the mess, was kinda nuts. Possibly most in multi player are running spam azons sonits probabaly a split up and clear the stage scenerio. Whitxh was nice butnseemed like youd hot a series of wea stones that just made everything super deadly for no clear reason. Possible mob type ossues, ive noticed the black fortress is less forgiving than other places but other than that theyre pretty same, a few youngotta watch out for sploders and geound poison/blood which usually isnt a problem. I dunno, seems like the maps are either super clearable woth soem.eh str boss, or so uber you needed to build a one shot spam azon or sonthing, cause toueother hitnthem for stupid dmg or they hit you for like 10k. Not even bringing ip the amout of dmg azmari spirits give certain elites, some ofnthose got nts and we had to geoup up, but for the most part it was solo shoot even in multi player. Uber boss scaling was aweful, arbiter is no joke still.dunno how to.manage that fight butnfor whatever reason my citidels still sldont ever spawn togeather so i only got yo try hime twice this season before i called it quits. Which is one more than last season, but the sheeer number of maps we completed it should have been more. " That is certainly true, the balance does not really support multiplayer. Same issue as in POE1. Maybe they can fix it by balancing. Maybe they dont care. We will find out soon. I think we will see how much priority balancing and therefore multiplayer has in the next season. | |
" Don't expect miracles for upcoming patch. Balancing is a huge problem and won't be solved during summer where half of Devs are in vocation. Maybe after Christmas. In patch we will see some new uniques, new soul cores and a few bug fixes. Maybe one new class but it won't make the difference. Dissapointment will be followed by anger.
