Focused Channelling Support is not working

Hello, I think the support gem Focused Channelling Support is not working, I don't have the increased manacost of the skill changing, I don't have the damage on the tooltip changing, + I checked in duel, the damage doesn't change

Having the same problem--trying it with stormburst, link iconappears on skill, but damage and mana cost are unchanged.
