Hideout Decoration removal impossible

The removal button on the decoration icons does not exist any more (only dismiss on the npc's), selecting the item and pressing delete does nothing (yes i have pressed edit first).
This used to be a simple thing that i was able to do. has something changed or am i growing old?

Having the same issue.. Relic coffer in hideout. Editing. No reclaim button. other lockers like necropolis work fine.
